Meet Jakob! As our Apprentice Plumber, Jakob is dedicated to learning the trade while delivering top-notch support to our customers. He’s known for putting people at ease with his easygoing personality, quick jokes, and signature dimples. Don’t let his friendly nature fool you—he works hard and somehow makes even the heaviest water heaters look light. Jakob also has a soft spot for your pets, so don’t be surprised if he makes a new furry friend (and snaps a photo) before heading out the door!

Meet Paige! As our social media specialist and office assistant, Paige keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes—and keeps the guys on their toes. From surprise photo shoots and chasing down job pictures to convincing the team to dance for TikTok, she brings energy and personality to everything she does. Paige also helps get you scheduled and makes sure all your parts and pieces are ordered and ready to go. And those pet photos Jakob takes? She loves every single one.

Meet Sadie & Arya! Our office dogs are truly the best part of Mrs. Jenkins Plumbing—they’re always the most excited to start the workday! If you ever hear a bark, growl, or little whimper in the background, chances are it’s one of these two making their presence known. They spend their days wrestling, napping, and proudly announcing every delivery that comes to the door.
